Great deal on internet, and a convenient location - easy to get around and enjoy the holiday festivities. Plus, the rooftop bar had good drinks and a nice view for the fireworks.
But the noise from the nearby clubs made it impossible to sleep, and the room felt stuffy with no fresh air. Staff were nice enough but didn't deliver on basic services like towels and soap.

This hotel is located in a great area of the city, right in the city center. It is close to Plaza de Marti, where you can enjoy the park and the lively atmosphere. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with decent-sized bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers a nice rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city.
There is some noise from the surrounding area, which can be a bit disturbing at times.

Great rooftop terrace and friendly staff. the breakfast and dinner that come included were tasty and had a decent variety. the central location made it easy to explore the city on foot.
The noise level was extremely high at all hours, making it difficult to sleep. the rooms were small and not well insulated, so the noise from traffic and other guests could be heard throughout the night.
